any ocd'ers out there: things you obsess about

i know there's no rhyme or reason as to what we obsess about, but it drives me mad that i obsess about my husband. an example of my thoughts: what if i look at him and think he's ugly? do i really think he's ugly? if i think he's ugly, how could i love him? that front tooth is crooked - why can't he get that fixed?

i know these are horrible, mean things to think and that upsets me as well. do any of you have thoughts like this?
