Mega loling um same here I am sure I could do something around here..though not hubby lol....or Sponge Bob BUT WHAT? HAHAHA.....I have no paper to write....I am an anxious not depressed person and all so I am just ansy now.....and the rest of Babble minus what 5 of us...are living a weekend life :) Think i will nag my husband into doing some work around here

Hey Lexy ...sounds like you are feeling better...probably still stressed but better...Sounds like people are pretty wild tonight in here...great to see that...and what is up with the sponge bob..didnt think anyone over the age of 3 watched that unless they were forced to...hhaahah...As for me things are about the same still worrying about my impending second mamogram after they found the 2 spots..I'm not patient at all and keep thinking of all the outcomes and none of them which I feel are great...But did spend time with my daughter today which is always wonderful..Well have a good night all and take care ....And I would love one of those martinis if you have any left...a gimlet would be better but if you have good vodka I'm in....Mystic

My Dad eats Benecol...YUCK.. hope that diet it worth it... have you tried weight watchers, I lost 25 lbs on it and am now a size 4!

lol ok...more for me.....no i am not on atkins but am a diabetic and a fitness freak so atkins treats give me something good to eat....and i can stay within normal blood sugar ranges and stay the size I am....I am lean and HAVE to stay that way to avoid diabetic issues in health I DO eat a VERY healthy diet..but do not diet if that makes sense...and if I were not diabetic with all I know now I would still avoid all refined sugar...and way WAY limit refined flour.... :) Oregon..mega rainy?

Hey, Mystic . . . good to hear from you again. I, myself am finding it easier to maintain my weight now.
As for drinking . . . my doc said go ahead, but I really don't think it is a good idea, with all the depressive attributes of alcohol and all. However, a nice cold beer sure sounds good once in awhile! Maybe after the meds stabilize (if that ever becomes a reality)lol.

I had a couple bad mammograms...then had to go every 6 months...then an ultrasound..a couple of fatty tumors no biggie, no surgery..nothing.. so you think on that to ease your mind...they should have done an ultrasound right away.
