Girls, I understand. I have worn out my welcome, and I can appreciate that.
Thank you for taking a chance on me. I didn't expect that when I first posted in the other room, and it was good to write a few things out.
You are all very strong, and you have a wonderful connection with each other. I hope that you all get back together again the way it was before I entered the picture. Who knew I could destroy something so quickly?
I'm going to disappear now. It's all just too much.
God bless,
Sandra Webster

Sandy,
If I am brave enough to post my e-mail address, will you write me? I have some info for you on a good church in your area. I could use a friend right now too, and I know you will understand.

To all of the wonderful people here,
I am sorry for the mess I caused. And yes, I DID cause it. I had some time away to think about it, and it was very foolish to pour my heart out for all to read on cyberspace. The Bible says, "Only a fool utters his whole heart." It was even worse for me to encourage someone else to do the same. Again the Bible comes right out and says that we are to mind our own business. I have trouble with that one sometimes. Thank you for encouragaging me to come back. But I do not have the training to counsel or to give advise on medicine. And as I said, I have already given way, way too much info about myself already. God bless. May all your tomorrows be bright, and may you have the desires of your hearts.

1) If posting your real email address is uncomfortable, you can get a free anonymous email account & new address from yahoo. Lots of people here do that. It's pretty easy to set up. You could pick a name like SimusBabble and the last part would be yahoo.com. But, you'd have to be willing check 2 email accounts.
Here is the url for setting that up...
http://mail.yahoo.com/?.intl=us
2) Also, when you post your new email address, don't type it like you usually do. Type it in plain text like this:
whateveritis at yahoo dot com
See what I mean? As oppossed to whateveritis@yahho.com
This will prevent you from getting a lot of junk mail at that address. Spamers look at boards like this for addresses to use.

Simus, Don't do that. This was a very difficult situation. When someone sounds as suicidal as Sandy sounded those first few posts I wanted to send someone to her house. Intervention isn't always pretty but in the long run it is what the person truly needs. Whether she wants to believe it or not, she is in a crisis and her life is in danger. Sandy needs to check herself in to a hospital and quickly! You were being a wonderful and caring person and I hope that you continue that course. Life is precious! God put us here to help eachother even when it isn't popular to do it. I hope that Sandy continues to post here and talk with us but she really needs professional help. Mrs. C

Mystic, I completely understand how you are feeling. I have very mixed emotions about it too. I respect Sandy's need for privacy but on the other hand her posts clearly implied that she was planning suicide. I went to bed sick to my stomach that night. I think that Dr. Bob did the right thing by calling the police. Once you kill yourself, you can't change your mind.
My personal email address is pamandart@verizon.net. I really would like it if you and I could still chat even though you feel the need to take a break from the board. You need your "e friends" this week. I know that the shower is Sunday and I want to be there for you. I hope that you are feeling better today. I have some issues I would like to discuss with you too. Please email me if you want to. See Ya. Mrs. C

Emily, I do understand. Some of you are trying to recover from some very emotional problems in your own lives and come here for SUPPORT! Giving it is great too and you all do a wonderful job of that. But Sandy's situation is beyond the realm of what we can do on this board. She needs professional help and I hope she decides to get it. In the meantime, I am open to talking with her here because I feel that I am in a place in my life where I can support her. Not all of us are and that is okay. Looking forward to your continued posts. Mrs. C

Sandy, I don't think the intention here was to kick you off the board. But many people here are dealing with alot of anxiety issues and come here for comfort. Reading your posts was very disturbing to everyone because we all CARE! I am urging you to seek professional help. I think that Lexy's idea of checking yourself into a hospital is a great one. I hope that you are considering our advice. I hope that you find the peace you are looking for. Mrs. C

It will pass. You'll feel better soon, for me it took a few days after my period began. I have been a 15 mgs for about 2 weeks now and I am so glad I increased. My period this month caused no anxiety problems at all. A huge improvement from where I felt last month! Hang in there! Mrs. C

Hi, Sorry you feel alone but you are not! I am here. Do you check the old board too? There were lots of posts there. I know that Lynne is on vacation, Mystic is taking a break, Simus won't be posting anymore and Lexy and K have posted on the old board tonight along with some other new people. How are you doing today. Do you have your period. Everyone else seems to! Even me! HA HA. Weird how it seems that all of us are getting on the same cycle! It really just dawned on me but it really is so. Everyone who has their period say "I". Sorry all you guys out there. Mrs.C

Hi Ali, glad to know that you are doing better. You are so lucky that you don't have pms to deal with anymore. I asked my doctor to take everything out for me since I don't need it anymore, but she said NO. How rude! Anyway, hope you continue to do well. I am sure things are looking brighter for you. Good night. Mrs. C

Poor Baby! ((((BIG HUG))))Everyone has been talking about periods, and PMS and such, and I am all through menopause, so I have just been bouncing around the other boards. I hope you have received some good input; looks like a lot of people have had similar experiences, eh? Glad that part of my life is past:)
My grandsons are keeping me busy - we rented "Radio" tonight. Hope you have a nice evening. Sorry to have neglected you:) ...jlynne

Im glad you are doing ok, dental work is no fun but i bet working in a dental office u must have the healthiest teeth!;)
