> Well I have only one good suggestion: Get out the blow dryer and warm your feet. Be careful not to get too close cause I did that by accident. Then put on lots of clothes so you feel cozy. Have hot chocolate and watch a movie. Hopefully you will feel a little better. Well I guess that is 4 sugggestions. terrics

Tinydancer,
I'm glad that some things seem to be going better. Life has it's ebbs and flows, but I'm hoping that you have rounded the bend on the current crisis.
Fallsfall has some really good advice, and I don't think that I can offfer anything better than her. I tend to have really dry skin, but I've been drinking at least 2 liters of Mt. Dew each day. It has a great deal of caffiene and sugar. I've managed to quit, and it seems that my skin isn't as dry. I'm also drinking much more water.
I'm hoping things get better for you,
Dee.--

I know how it feels to feel as if everything is going wrong and you feel just unable to get comfortable no matter what the situation. Sometimes it helps to get rest, but you mentioned that you can't sleep lately. Can you afford a massage or can your spouse give you one? Those tend to help relax. Can you give your T a ring to see if s/he has any advice? When this happens to me, I take a Klonopin and go to sleep, I usually feel much better when I wake up.
