Hey, mark your calendars! I didn't cry. I wasn't overwhelmingly exhausted. I was in a bookstore and felt interested in looking at the books. I laughed at the stories on The Onion. I went to the gym and my body permitted me to exercise without feeling completely dragged down. I went for most of the day without thinking of death. My dishes are washed.
Sure, I'm still really stressed and unhappy and worried. But it's real and appropriate. You know, in proportion. I hope stress doesn't put me under again too soon. For today the utter horribleness has been reduced. Yeehaa!
Keep yer fingers crossed that tomorrow will be the same.
cheers,
Emme

The secret recipe...if mood stays stable enough, I'll post it over on the meds board. :) Or maybe I could patent the mixture and become rich and famous.

Emme, Hi. I can't find your post on the medication board. Did you post it? This is one of those instances when I think there are too many boards here. Sometimes those redirects break up a thread or terminate it altogether. Could you tell me approximately where your post is? Thanks.

Well, I was waiting to see if I continued to stay stable enough before I jinxed myself by posting my current meds. :) Plus, I'm still doing some tweaking. But at the moment, Lamictal, atenolol and xanax are holding the line. I'm playing with Keppra and will try memantine. Anyway, I'll post an update on the meds board in a couple of weeks or so when I've tried memantine.
In the meantime, I'll chat for a bit to make this post appropriately social. :-) I saw my brother and his family this weekend and got to spend vast amounts of time playing with *the* cutest, sweetest, softest puppy on the planet. Their household pretty much revolves around her. I wanted to stick her in my car and take her but my landlord doesn't permit pets.
My computer internet performance is giving me problems. So internet usage is going to be kind of minimal until I can straighten it out.
Ciao for now.

Hi. Thanks so much for your quick reply! I can tell that you're feeling better. Aren't puppies wonderful? I wish I could have one, too, but they aren't allowed where I live either. As far as your medication is concerned, I'm not familiar with Keppra. And isn't atenolol a blood pressure medication? I'll have to look it up. I hope you continue to feel better!!
This is the end of the thread.
