Hi,
Today is already starting off bad. I missed 2 classes this morning and laid in bed during that time debating whether I should at least go to one. Didn't make it to either. I have therapy at 130 and a meeting for work at 3. It seems like one thing after the other for me. Last year, I had trouble going to work and not school. This year, I have trouble going to school and not work. Why can't I just be ok doing both?? Don't know what to do guys, I am getting sick of this.

Sara,
Try to get to a class or at least get out of bed and get some fresh air.
Move a muscle change a thought sounds corny but it helps a bit to get out of the house. Buy yourself a treat :O).
You should congratulate yourself - its tough to go to school and work. I did that also - can suck up all your energy.

Hi,
You're right. I have to go to therapy soon. But you know when things suck and even if you do go out and do something the situation stays the same. I have a really s***** ongoing situation on my hands.
take care

does the therapy help? Just remember things can be very ***** bad but they always eventually get better.

Big (((HUGS))) to you! Work + school + therapy... Sounds like you barely have time for yourself. I've not really done much on the therapy angle, but I've tried the working 36+ hrs and full class-load thing before and eventually quit the classes (that and my professors annoyed me a lot). I used to go through the same thing you are now, only at one point I skipped a few showers, too. No one noticed since I worked in the cafeteria dishroom at the time. Now I still wake up in the morning and really wish I could stop time and just breathe, forget about what everyone elses expectations of me are, sleep a few more hours and generally whine at the world for the responsibilities I have in my life.
The thoughts that get me moving are like this: Is laying here going to pay my bills? No, but it feels good. Is it going to feel good if I get evicted for not paying rent? No. Are the cats gonna drive you batty if you keep lying here? Yup, they're already attacking my feet and standing on my body. Are you probably going to feel better after you start moving and get some coffee in you? Yup. Will you have people at work you can chat with, or at least time to post rambling notes on a Babble-board? Yup. :)
Usually by the time I'm this far I'm awake enough to start moving and annoyed at myself for not getting up earlier. :)
Try your own motivation questions. Maybe it will help. Remember, we're here for you if you need us. Hey, we're here if you don't need us, too! :)
Feel better soon! :)

Hi Sarita0001! I'm sorry you feel like crap, I think we've all been there. I can't say I know what it like with the work and school thing as I have been to scared to give myself those responsibilities but what I can say is I hope that you feel better soon. BIG hugs to you!
Ayla
