Just wanted to say thank you for these message boards.
I stumbled on them a little over a week ago, and I am so grateful for everyone's input and thoughts and experiences. I always knew there were others out there with problems like my own, but didn't know where they were, or that reading about it all would actually help me feel better! (The old: "I'm depressed. Why do I want to be around other depressed people??" type thing).
I have learned so much already and feel quite optimistic. No I am not having a hypomanic moment of euphoria - I've felt pretty low today in fact, beating myself up for sleeping too long and missing an appointment I'd been looking forward to for weeks - I just wanted to make sure some credit goes where it's due.
