ok, ok, I admit, suddenly in the past week, I have become addicted to the internet, do I need to seek treatment for that, or does it go away on its own? Is there an anti-internet addiction pill???
If I do take a break, don't worry, I'll be back. I think I'm going to have to actually shut my computer down for a few days, and lock the den door so I can't get in (or at least not as easily) but I do know where the key is. :-)
I can't sleep, but I don't think it has to do with the internet, I can't sleep when I'm laying on the couch or in bed.Wow... I just stopped & took a deep breath, and realized, I think I'm manic right now. I was diagnosed with bipolar in the past, now re-diagnosed with ADD. I have so much energy, I feel like the energizer bunny, I keep going and going...... Maybe my first diagnosis is correct too. Well, I think I'm going to paint the den now, I've been putting it off!!!! I'll sleep after that!!!!!

Jodie, even with my narcolepsy & ADHD (weird combo, I know), I have more energy at night. If I get doing things, I can stay up almost all night, even if I was so sleepy & ready for bed at 9 PM. Resetting my internal clock has never worked for more than a few days. My internal clock tries to reset it back to night activity. But I know I'm NOT bipolar II.
