Favourate Psychiatric Websites

Posted by PaulB on November 11, 2001, at 3:23:23

I would like to share what I consider to be my most valuable internet resources for finding out about anxiety and depression but also mental illness in general. I would appreciate if their are any websites known of that focus on learning to live with your condition-'coping strategies'-when things are not going your way and the meds are not working which may be useful for yourself and those who are around you. I think one of the good things about psycho-social babble may be that it does this rather than focus in on medications, as opposed to psycho-babble which is good for meds talk.
