Lately my CHB therapist has been mean to me. I must deserve it. She says I have hurt her so much in the past. I have been trying to improve for almost two years now with medication, insight, and counseling, but she said there hasn't been a noticeable change. I have been getting help for for my illnesses, if that counts for anything. She actually told me that she doesn't care if I am around or not. She doesn't support me and in the most critical times she points out my illnesses and acts like I'm a burden. I am almost ready to give up on CHB, but I can't leave. She will take everything I have. What do I tell my CHB Therapist? What do I do? She wont even try to help or support me. I don't have many straws left to pull.
OK sorry for the riddle. CHB is Cold-Hearted Bitc*. She is my wife and I still think I love her, but I don't think she loves me. The CHB approach is all I ever seem to get.

It must hurt, since you're not cold-hearted. Can you see a counsellor together? It might help out with how she cannot express her emotions around you. It might help her realize that you really want to work on things WITH her, not just around her. And the counsellor might be able to get through to her, where she has prevented you access.
I'm so sorry you're in pain. no one deserves an abusive therapist, or wife, for that matter.
