I have to get out of here, this envirment is toxic, oh god, she screaming at the top of her lungs now, im in my room. I dont want to say what she is saying. They are having relationship problems, and i think they need to have counseling. Mandatory.
God i am taking a Xanax and going to bed.

I know it's painful, but keep in mind, it's THEIR relationship that is in distress. It is NOT your fault, and it doesn't affect how they feel about you. Also, you can't change their feelings of each other, so don't even try.
You go right ahead and go to sleep, or turn up the stereo so you can't hear them, or (if it's not too late at night) go outside, go for a walk, visit a friend, play with the dog, whatever. You should not have to deal with their problems too.
