My Current Meds

Posted by rjlockhart98 on July 24, 2005, at 16:14:18

Prozac 20mg
Zyprexa 2.5
Clonazpam 5mg
Restoril 30mg

Ok i know this is HIGH medication, the reason is mainly i am stuck at home with this CRAZY mother, yells, "i cant take it" this is passed. Sometimes i have to leave the house. She will then threaten to call the police that i have mental problems.

My mom is on NO medication, exept hormones, and i dont know why she is being given Testosterone therapy. She takes Estridol (estrogen)

She will throw chairs, i throw the coffee table, the house will be a disaster when i fight with her.

I AM IN A CAGE! I CANT GET OUT!

This is not a particularly large number of drugs, considering 3 of the 4 might have been prescribed for anxiety and perhaps agitation.

It might be time to.

I doubt your environment will change unless your mother seeks help. How long has she been acting this way?

Are you over age 18 and graduated from public school?

What are you being treated for?

Get a video of her throwing things around, w/o her knowing of course. Then next time she starts with you, don't participate, and let her call the police. Show them the video. I agree Matt, you need to get out of that house. Any chance you could live with your dad just until you're on your feet. I know it's not a good option, but has to be better than living with her.
