You are hurting YOURSELF now... please stop doing that to yourself. Please go outside, take a walk, take an umbrella if it's raining there like it is here...Or listen to the GoGo's or something - nothing like good, upbeat bubblegum rock...
Go to the nearist florist and smush your nose into whatever flowers you're not allergic to (yes, obviously I suffer from allergies...)
Do this for you. Give yourself a present. Stop it, you do, too, deserve it. You're a good person. Please stop emotionally abusing yourself.

Actually, that was my own inner sarcasm talking earlier. I'm really doing better today. I know I sound down all the time. I see some light, really I do. And I have some lovely flowers on my desk that my underlings at work sent their "boss". So I smell them already.... :)
