Present company excepted, of course.
Therapy hurts so much it results in the need for more therapy.
I can't seem to move on or want to....from here....from my beloved ex-therapist, from anything.
Ex-therapists treat you with lovingkindness for years then abruptly turn into inaccessible, bewildering strangers.
Doctors retire and don't bother to tell you.
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/social/20101219/msgs/976035.htmlI just feel so out of sync and out of sorts and out of it - period. To lie down and stare at the wall forever and just give up sounds awfully attractive.
I hate it all. I am beginning to lose hope and I *never* ever do that.

I'll hold onto the hope for you while you take a break. That your physican retired without so much as a postcard is like another kick in an already tender stomach.
I know you are letting yourself grieve and feel all those emotions. Keep talking about it and indeed time will help . . . it's just that time seems to move so slowly when you most want it sped up.
Try to keep your brain and your body busy. It might help.
Thinking of you.

You are like a sweet angel.
Thank you so much for being you.
I am definitely trying to keep busy.

Oh 10der, you sound so down. :-(
There is always hope, it's just really hard to hold on to sometimes. I wish I could say something to help
Take care of yourself, be gentle to yourself.
(((((you))))))
