Pdoc must have realized that I do best when someone orders me around. LOL
Pdoc has been telling me to do very specific things and I find that I have a better chance of doing them when she orders me around.
Anyways, I HAVE to go outside for at least 30 mins each day.
Also I should start looking for a part-time job in market research.
I love pdoc.

I think it is because I grew up with a very permissive mother and an absent father. There were no rules or boundaries and I think that made me feel very unsafe. I grew up with a lot of anxiety.
I like boundaries and rules and I like people telling me what to do. Growing up, I was pretty much left to my own devices. I remember my sister and I having physical fights and my Mom would just ignore us. We never got punished for anything. There was yelling and anger, but no boundaries. I felt very unsafe.

I went outside every single day for a whole week! I also cooked my own healthy meals and washed the dishes! Yay!
Now I just have to fit studying into my life.
