there are some pains I just let go and experience. Like derealization, I used to be obsessed about it and concentrate on it. Now I just see and and Im not afraid at all of it. It's one of the wierdest powerful things Ive ever experienced. Everything looks fake and you lose your mind. Its real wierd.
another is paranoia. I have it at night ALOT. If a room is dark my heart will pound. If Im walking down a dark hallway I find the nearest way out. lol.

I'm trying to do that more. Identify & give a name to the feeling, then just let it happen.
Sometimes I can do it pretty well & sometimes the feelings can intensify & then sort of dissolve....sometimes.
