Hey SG,

I am pc challenged too but maybe I can help. I think you have to go to registration which there is a link at the top of each board, wait sh*t, it USED to be there. I know you have to register to change your settings, and then confirm with the number that will get sent to you through your email. I guess I am not helping sorry, I tried I guess. Where the heck did that link go? Maybe someone else knows ?

go to this page:

https://dr-bob.securesites.com/cgi-bin/pb/signup.pl

and do the "update registration"

you don't have to change your name or password but it will give you your profile stuff and bmail setting is one of them.

follow the rest of the instructions... you'll get an email with a confirmation code etc..
