I don't know where to post this.
I want someone to make me feel better. I hope my pdoc can make me feel better on Tues. I wish babblers could make me feel better. I feel like I want a lot of replies, but I'm not sure they would make me feel better.
I don't want to die, I just feel sad. I don't know why I feel sad.
Tears
I hate this.

Dear DenebI am truely sorry for the sadness. I wish I could make it go away, but I have confidence you will be able to do that. We are all here; not going anywhere; I think you can count on quite a few people being here to hear you and understand.
I used to get sad sometimes when I felt lonely inside. As others have said, you are still you and always will be. So, tell me about your good qualities; I would really like to hear

Thanks for replying OzLand. You're sweet.
It comforts me to know that people are here for me. I imagine that Babblers are all out there, willing to give a hug whenever I need one.
I'm not sure what good qualities I have. I seem to only see the bad things right now.
I see my pdoc/T on Tues, and then she's going on vacation for 3 weeks. This is bad timing. I hope I don't get much worse.

I hate feeling sad too. I'm sorry you're feeling sad, it's not a nice feeling. It will pass. Try to keep busy to push through it, but I know that can be hard.

Sorry to hear about your pdoc being gone for three weeks. Is there someone to make contact with in her absense?? We are here for you, but I know it is not the same as a live person.
I have been celebrating Canadian independence today. Big day. So, wasn't around until now. I will be back online a little later too. Take care.

Deneb,
I'm sorry you feel sad. Sometimes I tell myself to ride it out and allow myself to feel sad cause it's part of my humanness and it wont last forever. Sometimes that helps.
Sometimes when I make myself do cardio at the gym, it takes away my sadness. Like tonight - the exercise really helped.
Sometimes I go eat a mocha muffin but that doesn't really help except for the 3 minutes that I enjoyed the muffin.
I hope you can get what you need, or give yourself what you need to feel better :-)

Thanks sunnydays
I felt better for a while, but now I feel a little bad again. I have negative thoughts, like people are ignoring me in chat and Dr. Bob hates me and stuff like that.
:-(
Thanks for your support.

No, there is no one for me to talk to besides my pdoc. It's OK, I don't miss her that much.
How was Canada Day?
I went downtown in Ottawa. It was a tiring day. Saw fireworks, they were pretty good.

Thanks JoniS
My pdoc is a big fan of exercise too. I'm trying to walk more. I'm not too big on exercise.
Thanks for the hug (((JoniS)))

Hi Deneb
Canada Day was good; I don't live in Canada, but people from my church are citizens of Canada, and we sang Oh Canada--like it much better than the Star Spangled Banner. Also, My husband's father is from Calgary. So, did not see any fireworks on July 1 or July 4 here in U.S. My cats freak at all the booming sounds of fireworks, and so I have to close all the windows and doors and turn up the TV so they are less scared.
This is the end of the thread.
