Hi IWS,
I told my therapist that I feel like going out on the roof and howling at the moon. She thought it was a good idea as long as I didn't fall off.

But it's not full moon. It's three quarters. Time to let go and let it disappear. Slowly disintegrate, and be gone.
Just be patient, feel it gently ebbing in you. Think of the tide going out, the waves growing small and flat, and the smooth beach shining wet in the moonlight. You can walk there, slow, thoughtful, complete in yourself.
In a week's time there will be a brand new sliver of moon, ready to grow to fullness.
Take heart. The worst has gone.
