I am OK. There's this thing bout splitting, its not so bad. I dunno what it feels like to NOT be split, but split is not bad. Cuz then I can often be one who doesn't feel, and am very practical. So its OK.

I donno wot splitting is like... but i wanted to send you some care and kindness...
I have an inner child who came back to life 2 yrs into my therpay, and she talks all the time... I let her talk when its safe like when I'm alone... and she is so sweet, and nice and kind... I thought she died when i was little... but my therpay mummy semmed to rub her back to life.. i mean the warth from the therpay lady rubbed the life back into the frozen parts of me...
I guess that not splitting, so i sorry i donno how you feel.. but tears falling down my cheeks now typing this... as i don't know when my inner baby is going to be grown up... and i want her to loved ... Im just mixed up with it all sometimes,,, and no therpaist to help me... my 3rd last appt id 3rd ~April... anyway i sorry u feel so upset with the split ... but i see hoe you see the practical side of it, and thats what its all about intit... just how you look at it.. well thats what my therpay mum says its all bout perspective.. i hurt right now cos my mummy is bad to me... she hurt me so bad... and she says she didnt she said i hurt myself...so i hate her lots right now ... sorry but i donno know what to do.. i love her and i hate her f*cking guts right now.. for being a bitch to me.!!! and then saying its me thats hurting me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
