but I called my T today and left a message that said I was sorry that I took out my anger on him. I wanted him to call me back, but it was late today, so I didn't expect him to call today, maybe tomorrow.
I guess I just wanted to clear the air so I can get on with life. Was I wrong to do this?

No, not at all. If something is bothering you, I think it's more than okay to leave a message like you did. Every T has different policies, but my T would not call back unless I specifically asked her to call me.
I have left similar messages, just to clear the air before the next time we meet. I have never regretted doing so. And she always received the message in the manner it was intended.

No, I don't think it was wrong to call, but I don't think you owed him an apology either. You were being honest in your appt the other day.
I hope he calls, so you can put your mind at ease hf.My sh*thead therapist wouldn't call me back even if I asked him to!........grrrrrr

But I wasn't at home, but he left a nice message. I think things will be fine between us. It is hard for me to stay mad at him for long. Thanks for your support!
