Just venting out. Had a fight (nothing big though) with my husband.
Here I am staying all by myself and I cook a nice yummy lunch for him and just in the morning made him wear a new shirt I bought for him and he comes home and straight away picks up a religious book to read. I got mad. I mean, all he ever wants to do is to read something or the other by his religious guru and listen to him all day. Then why am I here?

Life is sad and hard and it hurts! My marriage sucks big time! I hate my husband! I wish my T. could let me come and live with her! I'd love that! She's so nice to me. I want to see her right now and tell her how much life sucks and it hurts!
But I'm taking my 2 daughters and going on a little get-a-way weekend. So you all have a good one. I wish I never had to come home ever again. And the 2 that mean the most to be will be with me. I can't bring the dog though and she's my other girl!

Don't most fights seem to start over something small? They do in my house. I mean, the actual subject matter is usually inconsequential....socks, dishes in the sink, etc. But usually the deeper issue is big and old and ugly.
I'm sorry you feel like you take a backseat in your husband's life. I think I would too if the same thing happened to me. My husband's laptop is probably his religious guru equivalent.
How about we burn the books and smash the computers???? We could make it a big party. I'll bring snacks and drinks if you want. I've got some killer chocolate martini mix. But I can bring anything you want!
