No I won't call again. I called already today. I called! And I didn't call for several days, I mean I did but I never leave messages anymore, I just listen and then hang up before the beep. But not that many calls, either but now I really really really want to call lots and lots and there's no satisfaction in it anyway, just because there's no connection at all it's just a silly voice on a dumb machine that's all it is. Anything could happen and that silly voice wouldn't care less. It's stupid.

I know it's tough, but I think it's terrific that you're trying to do what's best for you overall.
Did something come about to raise your tension so that your desire to call went up?
A lot of times when my obsessions go up, there's some underlying anxiety involved. And addressing that helps with the obsession for me.

It's very windy out tonight, very stormy. I have a lot of stuff on my plate, can't seem to relax enough, am very edgy. Nose and feet are really cold. I think that means my circulation's centered in quite low, you know? Like almost a shock condition. I think that happens to a lot of people, actually, that physical reaction to stress ...

Hi Susan, I wish I had something to contribute. It sounds like this is just really difficult for you, almost torturing you? I'm really sorry.
