one day you can be basically ok and the next you can be as emotionally set back as I've become.I've been devastated. And it was really kind of completely out of the blue. I wish someone could pick me up off the floor and set me back on my feet.

I know what you mean. Depression for me is a very inconsistent state. Some days I'm so down, I feel like the air around me is too thick for me to move through. Other days I'm just fine. There's no rhyme or reason to it.

I dont' understand it either. Do you find that going from one setting to another can really influence it?

no, but it influences it a little sometimes, i think. right now everywhere i go i feel like the walking wounded.i wish i could hibernate for three months and then wake up and find out this was all a bad dream.
