After my embarrassing behavior last week (crying on my therapist's answering machine), I am going back tomorrow to face up to my crimes!!
That session last week really was hard (and the aftermath of it). I think I just recovered.
Anyway.....we shall see how it goes.

If it's any consolation, not only have I cried on my therapist's answering machine, but once when I was talking to her on the phone after an upsetting breakup, I had to put down the phone to suddenly throw up...and she was still on the line. So she heard me throw up. Top THAT! ;)
