Reading "The Gift of Therapy" and realizing my ex-therapist was highly idealized by me (well, I already knew that) BUT now I'm beginning to understand where he failed me.. and he did, and he didn't have even the honesty to admit that. Even now, when he knows how much I suffer, he's afraid to be an honest man. Do you know why? I can only guess, and here is my very best guess ... he's uncomfortable with himself. Yuck.

between this and the mirror observations above, I'm really glad to see you seeing yourself in a more positive light AND realizing that everyone is human and doubts (or does the wrong things)themselves at times...

Yes, I'm sounding healthier - manically so at times, but emotionally and psychically healthier.
I only hope the same for others -- he knows who he is.
Anger and disappointment are really fabulous reality checks. I think I get so angry because I love him ... weird.

okay, now if you can stop spending your energy wondering how he is doing, you'll be golden !!!
Love you, sweetie. I saw a funny movie last night- rented it. Maybe you could give it a try this Friday night... Without a Paddle. It was funny and full of high adventure and pretty scenery..
