If you don't mind my asking, could you please tell me the name(s) of the CD(s) you use and where to get them? I have one sleep CD that I have been using since about May, but it doesn't help that much. My insomnia isn't too bad most nights, but sometimes it is difficult to not only fall asleep, but also to stay asleep. I just starting taking magnesium and taurine before bed, and it seems to help a bit, but perhaps adding a good quality sleep CD would be good as well.
Thanks.
Tamara

The ones I've tried are by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson and are available from Amazon.com or in the New Age music section at Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, etc. The first one I got is called Sleep and Relaxation, and I believe it is only available as part of his 4 CD Brainwave Suite. He does have some other ones just for sleep available separately (some of them have Delta Sleep in the title, I think). I am currently using his Natural Music for Sleep. I found his Ambient Music for Sleep not to my personal liking, but obviously, individual preferences can vary.Todd

I have a tape called "Relax to Sleep". It is guided imagery and relaxation. I've used it since 1995 (though I know it so well now that it doesn't work as well... I heard a rumor that he was going to make some new ones soon!).
You can get a copy from the guy who makes them - I haven't found them anywhere else.

P.S. If you write to him, ask when his new tapes will be coming out (he promised me...)
