Krissy,
I am sorry you are feeling so bad and that you can't find the answers you are looking for.
Have you found any medication to be helpful? Sometimes meds can make things easier until you can work on the difficult stuff.
I assume that a physical cause has been ruled out but perhaps you haven't been tested for everything that can be causing your symptoms.
You said that no one can tell you what your problem is. Did the therapists imply that they feel there is something you are not aware of?
In any case, I hope you are receiving the support you need in order to cope with your difficulties.
