Hi. Im new to this site. I've never really done this b4... :( I'm not sure what's wrong with me. I probably really should see a professional, but im scared... I'm 19 and sometimes i just get so upset. I feel like I cry all the time and i dont know why half of the time :(... can anyone help me??

gosh, i'm not a doctor or anything, but crying often sounds like a sign of depression to me. are you feeling suicidal (or at least wondering 'what if...') at times dear? professional help isn't nearly as hard as dealign with this type of thing on your own, you know? (and yeah, dr's can be a royal pain at times, but they're still there to help you).
i think it was about 19 when i started really going through my 'spells' (i'm dx with bipolar disorder, among other things, and boy oh boy do i get nutzo sometimes!!), and sought help.
if anything, it's a relief to put a name to what you're feeling, you know?
