hey, who missed me?

Posted by karen_kay on January 29, 2007, at 21:15:23

i've been worried about the 'newbies'. you guys get such a cute nickname. i wish i was a newbie. maybe i'll change my name and make everyone think i'm a newbie and i'll come a greet myself.

so, tell me what's going on in newbie world?

and why don't you guys form your own little clique? huh? you know you're so much better than all those oldies anyways. can i be in your clique?

come on, let us get a thread going on that gets past 'welcome to babble. i hope you like it here. you should post on 'xxx' and 'xxx'. good people here. blah blah blah.'

come on, i'll start.

i'm kk. i love chocolate. i had sex with my husband and we had a baby duckie (i have no idea! pease don't even ask!). i enjoy my booze (but not too much darlings. it's not a problem at all. now, finding pills on the floor, that's a problem!). i really used to like getting crazy (ok, i still do, but that typically includes liquor as i have an ezcuse and i've quit drinking so much so not so much craziness in my life).

i was in an accident tonight. completely missed a road, went over a ditch, back over the other side of the ditch, got back on the road and all is well with the world.

hmmmm, what else. i have no artistic ability. seriously. my friend read my palm and told me so. i had to laugh, knowing it is true. i've always thought i'd die at fifty adn my lifeline is short. one loveline and very strong (good grief, i wish i'd find himn already :) actually, mr kk loves me so much he's getting mr. kk tattooed on his butt!

ok ok, i could go on for days and days and days. someone else!!!!!

nice to meet you kk » karen_kay

i'm kk too. and i wouldn't want you to go through here unnoticed. i work hard to make sure that posts get answered, and yours will too.

wowsa, sounds like you're hyper or something? are you currently taking meds right now? (yes, that's what i'd say to someone in this situation)

hey, honestly... i'll be honest here. no sense in masking hurt with humor or mundane conversation, is there?

i'm kinda hurt :(

Hi KK, You replied to my Newbie post, so I thought I'd return the favour.
I actually have had sex with my husband TWICE, which is once more than you! Does that make me an 'old hand'? Both my kids were born around Christmas, and his birthday is in March - you do the math!
Phew you sound like an exciting driver! I bet that little incident made your heart pound eh?

thank you » Jo U.K

I'd love to pretend that I speak like the Queen, sadly I'm more cockney (that means I talk common) and in my East London accent it would come out Jagwa. Years ago I asked my bf (now hb) to meet me at a cafe in Haven Road. He couldnt find it, my terrible pronounciation sounded to him like Aven Road. I drop my 'aitches'. Among other things. Though not on that day, obviously!

hey, let's take this one outside!
