I just recently began Cymbalta, Lamictal and Adderal XR and spent the first week just wanting to sleep, but as I increased the Adderall to 20mg I finally had 2 good days. I also increased the Cymbalta to 60 mg and will increase Lamictal next week. However, I had a crash and burn effect yesterday and all I could do is cry and feel depressed. Today I feel lifeless and sad. I cannot ask my doc because she is out of town, but is this going to even out?
