I hope to talk with people who have used, quit, switched, or other Cymbalta or Effexor. I have recently quit Cymbalta "cold turkey" and I am having severe withdrawals. I knew they were coming, I even researched them online. I never really imagined just how bad it is.

Hi, Welcome to babble. There is a board here for withdrawls. I had to unwillingly stop Cymbalta cold turkey when my blood pressure rose too high, and I agree - it's horrible.
Taking Benadryl helped me kind of lurch through it - and my head hurt as well.Hope you're feeling better soon (and check out that board.) Feel free to join a thread or start a new one.
