Hi, everyone,

I thought it might be nice to offer an introductory board to new members as an option if they didn't want to plunge into the open boards. Let's see how this goes!

Would it be too forward to ask if anyone on this site suffers from complex PTSD? Would like to know how other people are dealing with it and the symptoms that go along with it-flashbacks,nightmares,depression,anxiety and the list goes on and on!
Thanks for any answers I get-
Ruru

hey there. i personallie don't have it, but my g/f does. she takes mads to stop the flashbacks and stuff but sometimes they don't work. we've had bad experiences with her flashbacks. but anieway. i don't suffer from flashbacks, but i can see, hear, feel, taste, and smell everiething that goes on in some cases or stories. it's like i'm there. it's kinda like a flashback but not my own so i geuss it doesn't count. manie times though, it is like it's me.
like i said, i don't suffer from it, but i know that some people on the social-bable site do. try talking to them. they are verie nice and i'm sure they're willing to help.
