I know some people who swear by it, even the pharm. tech at drugstore was telling a daycare worker about it.
So last week, I started to feel like I was coming down with something, aches, feaverish, and I tried it, took two doses that day and when I woke up the next morning, I was better.
Weird, I guess I need more proof that it works. And all the psych classes makes me wonder, "was it a placebo effect" LOL

I swear by Emergen-C and Echinacea tincture myself. For some reason, every time I take Airborne I *do* get sick! So I gave up on it. Maybe there's something in it that's not good for me. But it sounds like it works for you. There's definitely something to giving yourself a big dose of immunity-boosting vitamins and minerals.
