Every once in a while during this hard time, I can feel spirit around me. I know I need to start meditating again, I am my own worst enemy. I think I'm afraid if I do it and it doesn't help then there will be no more hope. I want to at least have hope. Please pray for my spirit guides to talk louder and be more obvious in their guidance, or for me to open up and understand and be able to be guided. Thank you.

spiritualist. It's sort of like angels, also sometimes believing that your loved ones that aren't alive anymore are still around you and guiding you in life.
