1. I felt so angry it made me ill, but I didn't get blocked.
2. The coldest day of the year and I can wear two layers of thermals.
3. Skin cancer is at least as far away as the coming summer.
4. I'm going south to enjoy what's left of the freezing weather.

I don't like to be picky (or maybe I do) but perhaps it should read a Self Non-Esteem list.
A No-Self Esteem list might start with
1. Today I did as little as possible.
2. I stared at the mindpaint in front of me and lasted an hour without a thought.
3. I talked to someone and was without fear because I had completely forgotten where I kept it.
4. I stared at the sky all morning and found nothing to regret.
