It is great to realize that our overwhelming feelings don't last forever. For however horrible they are to experience at the moment, we can take solace in knowing that we won't feel with the same intensity - these things ebb and flow. And so do the good feelings; that bears remembering as well. We do well to expect a mix of good and bad, and to learn to surf the ups and downs knowing that everything passes in its own good time!
I'm glad you got through this, KarenKay - it sounds like you made it through unscathed!

plus, i don't know if i can talk mister kk into buying a ring for my fiance. it's hard enough to talk him into buying me jewelry! now perfume, flowers, and a camera... that's another story!
