Hey Dr. Bob. as I feel about every other hr or 2 that my self esteem is as low as it can go...I welcome this board. It is a good board as an adjunct to Social and Relationships and what not. Thanks Again...It might very well be helpful and useful for so many people on this site!

Everyone should try for good self-esteem. It's how you see yourself not how others see you. If you look in a mirror and say hey looking pretty good today. That's one aspect of good self-esteem. Now someone else? Love Phillipa

Self-loathing is good for the economy.
