Phosptidyl Serine...waiting

How long has PS taken to work for people?
I've read that its around 3 weeks, I've been on it just 10 days.
Its a cortisol supressor. What would this mean?
Its says take 100-300mg daily. I take 200mg.
I also wondered if anyone has experienced headaches from it whether on meds too or not.
