Best Multivitamin?

Posted by johnnybaklava on December 30, 2013, at 15:19:42

I take a lot of supps and I'm beginning to feel like an OTC junkie. I'd love to just take a multivitamin that had a lot of the things I take: Bs, gingko, rhodiola, grapeseed, methioninejust as much as I can cram in a multi so I'm not having to sign-over my pay check to Vitacost. Thanks!

I love the blend in EmpowerPlus. It worked really well for me. But it was just too expensive. Does anyone know of a cheaper version of roughly the same blend?

I don't know of any rip offs of EmpowerPlus. I think that stuff might be patented or something.

Lots of vitamin companies make multis. Some of them require multiple pills or use powders. I shop at vitacost so, of course, I recommend you give one of their multis a go.

Thanks. Vitacost does have a lot of stuff. There is a lot of stuff I want in a multi, and a lot of stuff I don't want, and I can't quite find that magic bullet yet. Empower had a lot of the "extras" I wanted, like phenylalanine, gingko, grape seed, methionine, and other stuff I take separately. But I can't spend 70 bucks a month on one multi.
