Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) to combat weight-gain.

Hi.

I have gained over 50 pounds since beginning treatment with Abilify and nortriptyline several years ago. I am considering adding alpha lipoic acid in an effort to reverse this weight-gain.

Any comments or suggestions?
