Supps for Extroversion

Heyin my low moods, I sometimes get "muffled"introverted and problems with assertivenessjust sort of letting things pass without me. Is there a way to help with this that WON'T cause crazy irritability and anger? Trying to find that balance. Most of the time I'm fine but I'll have these dips and I can't stand how "vague" they make me feel. Sometimes I've tried to boost dopamine and, in those cases, they've just made me super irritable. ANy suggestions?

As far as supplements go I doubt there is a single solution to what you're looking for. But a combo might well work. 1st you wanna sort out the irritability. 5-HTP and/or valerian might be a good place to start.
On top of that something for 'activation'. Ginseng, NADH, SAMe, Kira St Johns Wort (Kira brand seems the most activating brand of SJW I've tried. Others Ive found to be neutral or even sedating).
I've also read that, with time, taking Phosphatidyl Serine not only improves overall brain function (esp memory) but also help combat confidence and shyness issues. Expensive mind!
Basically your looking for the equivalent of a stimulant + benzo combo. Full of energy and motivation, yet with a 'cushion' effect too to prevent any angst or irritability.

Thank you so much for the suggestions! I've tried chia oil and guarana which seems to help, though my sleep is sketchy (which I was expecting with the guarana, yet it has been happening even before I started). I never had much luck with 5-htp or valerian. I tried SAMe once and it worked for a bit but then worked "too" well. I've never tried NADH. I might give that a shot. And I tried Phosphatidyl Serine for a bit for sleep. It didn't do much on that front, but I never thought of it for confidence/shyness. Intriguing!
