has anyone gotten into this?
i cant afford the one person in this town that specializes in it. so i was hoping to do some on my own.
mostly with essential oils for my anxiety and low motivation.
also, i went online and one test i took i fell under Vata, the other test i was Pitta
any suggestions on any of this?

Personally, I think TBM is better.
Somewhat same principles though.
The problem with Ayuerveda and TBM doctors in the west though is that unless they have degree in western medicine AND TBM/Ayuerveda they can't prescribe their medicines.

thanks for the info. i dont know much about it, but i have a friend here to has done it once. she thought it helped BUT she is from india and went to a professional.

Okay. I can recommend agar-35 which I mentioned in the thread above on TBM. The stuff from the site I get it from is good stuff. The main culprit in most psychiatric disorders is always Vata/Rlung imbalance. Bimala and Agar-35 are very good are at balacing this dosha without any side effects. Best taken at night/late evening.
A caffeine free diet and general clean diet is always beneficial for this too.
