I couldn't take the fish oil and once in past took flaxseed oil per an eye doc when I had dry eyes. After taking about a year I no longer had a Sherman's eye test saying dry eyes which can mean sjournes sp? So I did get PRK lasix at the time. Been off for years got more as now with back pain also it said inflammation. Think this might work? Or help? P

I think its worth a shot. I'm taking borage oil (1.3 gram capsules x2 daily) to help with the bit of occasional dry+red skin I get occasionally. Its a vitacost product--standardized, high potency, apparently good stuff.
Maybe we can each start taking oil supplements around the same time and keep each other posted on our progress?

how's the flax oil been treating you? My skin looks better now, but it can't be the borage oil, since I just started. Maybe its the Retin-A?
Anyway, just thought I'd check in.
