Has anyone tried this form of CoQ10 for depression?

Yes, and it (like so many other things) kept me awake, or so I thought.
It was OK, apart from that.

My sleep still isn't ideal, but I am taking things now that used to keep me up and it's not bugging me at all (rhodiola, phenylalanine, trimethylglycine, gingko). Maybe I will try idebenone when I run out of my CoQ10, whichI do noticeinterfered with sleep a bit at first, but I don't notice it as much now.

You don't have any tips about how to improve your sleep?
I always wake after 3 hours.

Of course, after making that post, I slept very lightly last night! I think that I have just settled into my regimin somewhat. I always have some issue when I start something, but it mostly seems to work itself out. At night, for a couple of years, I've been taking melatonin and magnesium, sometimes a little taurine. I started that after weaning myself off klonopin. It seems to do the trick, mostly. If I'm anxious about something, gaba usually helps. I think last night I had a problem because it was so hot, I had had a lot of water that day, and I had some holy basil in the evening because I was feeling a little anxious. Holy basil works well for me during the day, but at night, not as much. It seems to relax me but then give me a light sleep afterwards, rather like theanine does for me, too. I just try to take most of my vitamins (B complex, C, adrenal support, phenylalanine, TMG, grapeseed extract) first thing. I've tried l-carnitine but haven't noticed much improvement in energy and mood, sometimes though, and just started coQ10, which sometimes seems to give me a positive energy, but other times not. Still trying to figure that out!
This is the end of the thread.
