Hi,
Wasn't sure if this belongs in Alternative or Psychology--seems like both to me. Anyway, anybody have experience with Emotional Brain Training (http://www.ebt.org/)?

Sorry to be dense--how do I do that? I was going to repost the message in Psychology, but it wasn't obvious to me how replies would end up back in Alternative.

Sorry about not explaining better. You can't make replies automatically come back here, but you can post a link just by copying and pasting the URL, for example:
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/alter/20100322/msgs/946937.html
and ask people to click on it to return here. Then they can reply to your post here, and their reply will stay here. Does that make more sense?
