Hi,
I am dismayed that a couple of weeks ago I took one 500 mg pill of Korean Ginseng, one time, and I am still experiencing heart palpitations, and a feeling of a weaker heart.
Does anyone know when this will subside?thanks

That doesn't sound right any other possible reasons? Phillipa

Bob,
A bit off topic, but did the lingering side effects from SAM-e you posted about in the past eventually subside for you?
Seems like we both might be very sensitive to anything stimulating.

hi,
Yes the SAM-e effects wore off after a few weeks. I hope the ginseng effects will wear off too.
What meds do you take?

Thanks for the update Bob, prior to my 1 week stint with SAM-e I wasn't taking anything. I have taken paxil and lexapro in the past (several years ago), both of which were difficult to discontinue due to the withdrawal effects. It's good to hear that the SAM-e side effects won't be long-lasting, I really could use a good night's sleep.
This is the end of the thread.
