What are some effective natural methods of increasing GABA and Acetylcholine, either separately or in conjunction?

For GABA, the first that comes to mind is GABA.

Then there is Picamilon-GABA bonded with Niacin, which is supposed to allow GABA to cross the BBB.

Ashwagandha has been shown to possibly be a GABA mimetic. Ashwagandha also modulates acetycholine receptors in a positive way so you can kill two birds with one stone.

Other supplements include:
CDP Choline
GPC Choline
Acetyl L Carnitine
Centrophenoxine
DMAE

Also, eggs are a good source of choline.

Thank you for your recommendations. I have tried DMAE and Picamilon in the past with some success, though short lived. What are your thoughts about Gotu Kola? Any experience any substantial research studies?

If this makes any sense to you. I take Gotu Kola at night as it has a calming effect. I'm not sure how much it has really helped my memory. Did I mention MindCare? It has Gotu Kola in it.
