Has anyone had any experience using B5 (pantothenic acid) for stress and did it cause sleep problems? Dosage? Timing?
Also, anyone had any experience using B3 (niacin) for depression, anxiety, Raynaud's and did it cause sleep problems? Dosage? Timing?

I found pantothenic acid to be an amazing mood-stabilizer and good at combating stress. It did not affect my sleep. I took 250 mgs in the morning with food.

Doctor suggested B5 to protect adrenal function from adrenal fatigue since the symptoms of illness are stressful. Adrenal Fatigue can add to feelings of depression, and instability.
I honestly don't see a difference but it is protective, so what the hey?
