I seem not to be doing so well on tianeptine now.
It hasn't stopped working (just tolerance), but my overall state of mind is worsening.
Giving up the tianeptine would be difficult and make me feel much much worse, at least for some time.
I'm wondering if supplementation with either tryptophan or 5htp might make sense.
That's about all I have the energy or inclination for anyway.
That, or conceivably (at a stretch) Nardil.
